What functionalities do I have?
In general terms, with Yocus you can manage all the aspects surrounding your club or football academy, focusing not only on the administration area, but also on communication, marketing, sales, health and sports management, carrying out a 360º management.
Can I integrate my online shop?
Not only can you integrate it, but if you don’t have one, we’ll set it up for you! Because one of the functionalities of Yocus is the efficient management of stock and order control.
How does Yocus connect the whole ecosystem?
Very simple, all the staff of the organization will have permissions defined by the manager, so that coaches, sporting directors, doctors, players, etc. will have their own permissions based on their duties.
On the other hand, fans will have their own permissions and will be able to interact with the club, bringing the club much closer to the fans and generating a very familiar user experience.
Communication can be via Mail, Newsletter, Whatsapp, SMS or RRSS. In this way, for example, parents will know if their child is called up for Sunday’s match, the place where the match is being played, the time and the kit to wear.
Likewise, with this fluid communication between parents and school, we will be able to control the attendance of underage pupils at training sessions and matches, for everyone’s safety.
We want all the players of our beloved sport to participate and to do so in a very dynamic way.

From Yocus you can keep an exhaustive control of all the administration of the club, being able to manage in one click the databases, the students’ fees, the direct debits, the transfers, the inscriptions of the players and the teams, the reservations of the facilities, the cashier of the shop and the bar.
